Lunch: 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with homemade whole-wheat bread
Snack: cookie dough (I couldn't resist any longer!)
Dinner: homemade mac&cheese w/homemade mashed potatoes (and I ate waaaay too much!)

Daily Report 1

Breakfast: Way to much in the morning to record, plus I've already forgotten!
Lunch: Due to the huge "breakfast" I ate, I have almost no room for lunch.
Dinner: Chicken noodle cassarole and some cookie dough (I know, not a good start! This is why I need accountablity!)

Exercise
~20 minutes of walking while pushing stroller

Evening Grooming: NO, I ended up going to sleep before I remembered. I stayed up waaaay too late last night

The Beginning

Today I watched a show about two different people who have lost a very significant amount of weight. All at once it just hit me that I really need to get back on track and get to a healthier weight. So as soon as Amelia finished her bottle, I packed her up and went for a walk, YAY ME!! Then I tried to follow an exercise program on TV designed for people with limited mobility, but Amelia was getting tired so I had to put her down for a nap and I wasn't able to do more than 5 minutes or so. Then I decided I was tired, so I was going to lay down as well, but was feeling far too discouraged, so I decided to try and get on friendly support and start a blog to help me stay accountable. I plan on recording some personal hygine habits, daily weight, daily menu, daily exercise, etc. I hope to get plenty of people to read this so I really feel like I won't be able to let my readers down. So here it goes!
